My work sits at the intersection of ecosystem design, institutional development, and results-driven program management.

Currently embedded within the Caribbean BSO ecosystem through Caribbean Export, I lead EU-funded programs across 7 territories — giving me direct, current insight into how Business Support Organizations operate, what they need, and where the gaps are.
