Architect of Multisectoral Models & Strategic Alliances
15+ years bridging private sector, civil society, government, and international cooperation. Specializing in BSO ecosystem mapping, strategic alliance design, and EU/IDB-funded program management across the Caribbean and Latin America.
About
I am a strategic consultant with over 15 years of experience connecting the private sector, civil society, government, and international cooperation across the Caribbean and Latin America. My work sits at the intersection of ecosystem design, institutional development, and results-driven program management.
Currently embedded within the Caribbean BSO ecosystem through Caribbean Export, I lead EU-funded programs across 7 territories — giving me direct, current insight into how Business Support Organizations operate, what they need, and where the gaps are.
I specialize in translating complex, multi-actor challenges into actionable frameworks — alliances, governance structures, and program designs that scale and persist long after the project ends.

Philosophy
The most resilient development outcomes happen when institutions, markets, and communities stop talking past each other — and start building together. I design the systems, alliances, and frameworks that make that possible.
Every engagement I take on is built around one question: what will still be standing — and still generating value — five years after this project closes?
What I Do
Comprehensive mapping of Business Support Organizations — identifying gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for strategic alignment across national and regional ecosystems.
Designing and implementing trade facilitation frameworks that strengthen intra-regional and international market access for SMEs and priority sectors.
End-to-end program architecture — from logical frameworks and theory of change to monitoring and evaluation systems that generate actionable intelligence.
Strengthening the organizational and technical capacities of government agencies, BSOs, and development institutions to sustain and scale their mandates.
Architecting the governance structures, incentive models, and communication frameworks that make complex, multi-party collaborations function and endure.
